Unspoken, winner of the Hart House Players playwriting contest, plays at Unit 102 in Toronto

I watched Unspoken on Thursday night. I was looking forward to this production as it was pitched to me as a similar play to Crash, a production I saw last week and absolutely loved. So the bar was definitely set high.

Review: Crash (Theatre Passe Muraille)


Feel the Crash at Toronto’s Theatre Passe Muraille

I had no expectations when I walked into Crash last night at Theatre Passe Muraille. The synopsis that I had read made the show sound interesting but I had no idea that I would walk out of that theatre completely haunted.

What I experienced last night was so raw with emotion and powerful that I don’t know how I can possibly review it. I feel a little out of my depth here and at an utter loss for words, but hopefully I’ll convince you to go and see it.   Continue reading Review: Crash (Theatre Passe Muraille)

There’s a musical show featuring a medley of Disney films; a stand-up cancer benefit; a social drama; a theatre and arts festival and a travelling Tennessee Williams project that will tour different Toronto neighbourhoods.
