“…I didn’t even know they grew coffee beans in Israel…”
Caterwaul Theatre presents
By Maya Rabinovitch
A ‘Venti’ tale of coffee, doppelgangers and the dangers of student activism!
Jenny returns from her first year of university to discover that an “Israeli” cafe has come to town. On her wild adventure, facing activists, baristas and an army of dangerous doppelgangers, Jenny discovers right and wrong is more complicated than a half-caf toffee-nut soy latte.
Join regular Fringer Maya Rabinovitch (I Will Not Hatch!, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Abortion, Don’t Look) and this outstanding cast of eleven as they explore the complexities and confusions of activism. This quirky adventure promises to bring back the sharp staging and smart storytelling of Rabinovitch’s past Fringe hits.
