It’s Always You – Toronto Fringe 2013 Press Release

From press release:

A musical. The day is now. 4:03 PM.

3 people. Bill, Elaine and Ted. Elaine married Bill and they now have a grown child.
Or not.
Elaine married Ted and Ted lost his friendship to Bill.

Or not.
Or Bill and Ted stayed friends and both lost Elaine.

Surely there’s one reality where all three managed to live happily ever after?

Directed By Sandra Balcovske (The Drowsy Chaperone, Pochsy Plays) and written by Dan Redican (The Big Frantics, Puppets Who Kill), IT’S ALWAYS YOU, follows the ‘what ifs in our lives: the choices we make and the sacrifices and celebrations that follow them.
Music by Scott White (The Giant’s Garden, Top Gun:The Musical) starring Dan Redican, Sheila McCarthy (Little Mosque on the Prarie, The Arsonists), Shawn Thompson (Puppets Who Kill, The Murdoch Mysteries) and Madeleine Redican.

“Sheila and Shawn are two of my favourite actors and I’ve known them both since before God had wrinkles. Scott White’s music is better than my lyrics deserve – and Sandra was my first choice for director – I intended to work my way down from her. Who knew she’d say yes? I am so happy I may have to change my pants. – Writer and performer Dan Redican
